In the case of videogames and anime, this phenomenon is widespread, and normally consists of the production of articles that, without being official, try to pass themselves off as such. Bootleg production in this case is an activity that occurs predominantly in countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. A space for the expression of artists, musicians, creators, panelists, acrobats and any manifestation conceived from creativity and free expression. GOGA, "Temple of Art" for its creators, GOGA from FM Radio, GOGA TV, multimedia and Internet. The philosophical and objective foundations of the GOGA project are framed in the global and multicultural world in which we live. The interior of the country is in tune with almost all the capitals of the world regarding communication and interaction thanks to the advancement of technologies, cultural industries and modern and advanced forms of communication. GOGA is planned and located in the most charming, attractive and mystical natural enclave in the province of Río Negro: the city of El Bolsón.
