Ayer tuvimos una reunión muy interesante con el CEO de Sotheby´s donde quedamos en tomarnos un mes para analizar la posibilidad de que ellos tomen la propuesta ​ 1) Ezaki 2) Goga ​ 1) En un principio Enrique nos recomendó a Adriel (un personaje muy tosco/primitivo) que le estaba haciendo la casa. Luego me llamó y me dijo que no me lo recomendaba. Cosas de El Bolsón. Lo concreto que es que la propuesta es: * Uso de la casa por un año (habría que ver que solución hay por afuera de la ley de alquileres). * Las condiciones son alquiler por un año con un adelanto de 4 meses x $140.000 por mes. * Habría que agregar dos cuatrimestres que me gustaría (no esta hablado) ajustarlo cada 4 meses por índice de inflación según INDEC. * Durante ese primer cuatrimestre (él dice dos meses) acondicionar la casa que se encuentra en este estado. * No he aclarado que debería incluir zanja alrededor de la casa previendo las inundación que dicen son recurrentes ante grandes lluvias. * Autorización para mostrar la casa para presuntos interesados en compra. ​ ARREGLOS PROPUESTOS POR ADRIEL ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ PD: Buscando en Internet Adriel Mirg o Adriel Arq & Diseño no figura por ningun lado. ​ NECESITARIAMOS que nos digas cuanto saldría estudiar el caso, eventual ida a El Bolsón para acordar in situ cuales son los trabajos que tendría que hacer este señor. Pros: Tendríamos alguien viviendo allí y poniendo la casa puesta en valor para venta. Contras: El señor esta re-plomo llamando y pidiendo definiciones. No sabemos nada de él. Presumo que, como según él tiene 3 obras en El Bolsón, quiere "lucirse" ante la familia. Bah, inferencias... ​ Por parte de Enrique tiene unos jovenes que tendrían -por poco dinero- alquilar la casa en el estado en que está sin ningún compromiso de mejorarla. Evidentemente la relación entre ellos dos se deterioró. CONCLUSION: Si existe la posibilidad de tomar todos los recaudos sería buenísimo que se pueda dar. 2) GOGA Evidentemente Gonzalez esta usufructuando la propiedad. Por otro lado entiendo que con la "Iglesia" esta protegida con eventuales vandalismos. No sé hasta que punto se han "apropiado" del edificio, lo que me queda claro que han hecho muchas mejoras. A la vez supongo que tiene interés en vender ya que anda bastante ahogado.
